
What is the Implant Booster campaign?
It is a well thought out and justly planned Implant patient generating campaign that uses many different forms of media to achieve the required success. It has a built in system to answer all the calls, get them qualified by very well trained personnel using proper language and grammar skills. Then, by a qualification process developed by our founder, the patients are sent to their respective dental practice ready to go. Those patients not found ready to go, will be placed into a follow up system designed to get them clearly qualified over time using various forms of information. Our call center staff will send them flyers, brochures, post cards and reports to satisfy their need for information. When they become ready to get started, then we will rate their readiness as to the proprietary qualification process rating system. All this is happening while the dentists, the office staff all handles and go about their daily chores without ever creating any form of new chaos or added stress in the office. Your staff and patients will not even realize that you have a powerful implant patient generating system working around the clock and getting you all the patients you need for reaching your goals.
Why implant patients only you ask?
Remember, niche marketing. We are niching Implants only. But with implants comes extractions, endodontics, hygiene/perio, operative, prosthodontics and of course, many, many implants. The only type of patients it does not generally bring in are children. If you really want to have children in your office, then it will not work for Implants. Don’t even try it. Kids practices require a whole different set of rules and ambiance. The environment for a heavy implant/ prosthodontic practice is built on sound customer service and efficient patient handling protocols.
What other methods of marketing will be used?
Television ads, infomercials, radio commercials and live radio infomercials as the basics. Then, we will have overseas campaigns on tv and radio besides a full blown internet presence unparalleled in the dental industry. Many other forms of marketing will be employed to get the messages out and very clear.
How much will my investment need to be to get in?
You can get in with as little as 1,495 per month. There are many other plans available to get your practice to where you want to go. Talk to your account executive about your practice goals and plan accordingly.
Does it cost me extra to get in on the internet marketing program as well?
Yes. The web portion of the plans is separate and will be a small addition to the monthly plans.
What other costs will I need to incur to get the program well implemented?
Really, none. But if you want to go further along, then it is highly recommended that some additional brochures, folders and other high image items will be recommended. But, none of these are mandatory for the program to succeed.
When can I expect to see my first patients?
The official launch of this new program is April 2008. But, there are already areas in the country where the ads are being aired. If you happen to be in one of those states, then you can expect to see patients much quicker. The more nationwide dentists we have available at launch time, the quicker you will see the results. Encourage your friends and colleagues to join and receive a special gift for the referral.
Are there any additional resources or courses for staff and doctor that will be offered to the members?
Yes. There will be an introductory teleconference seminar to get you and your front desk staff up and going. We have also aligned ourselves with a highly qualified and international seminar company to solve many of these training issues.
Do I need to have a website?
No. But it is much more effective if you have one and we can link to the master website.
